Temaki, Really Can't Wait to Take it Home

What Marshall Eriksen would say, "Temaki, first bite-oh, what a heaven that first bit is. The nori, crispy as if it has never met the touch of moisture, shiny as the green sea itself wrapped gently around the perfectly seasoned sushi rice, not too much & not too little, just perfect with composition and texture, flavors mingling in a seductive pas de deux. And then... the japanese pickle! The most playful little japanese picle! THen a slice of avocado, a leaf of lettuce and a... a fish so exquisite, fresh, swirling in your mouth, breaking apart, and combining again in a fugue of sweets and savor so delightful. This is no more Temaki of Sashimi meat and Crispy Seaweed. This is God, speaking to us in food."
